How To Add and Assign Status codes

Procedure

These steps are performed in Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager.

  1. Create an Agent Group and assign agents to this group.
  2. Navigate to Status Codes > Agent Status > Status Code Lists.
  3. Click +Add.
  4. Make a Status Code List with a name that matches with the Agent Group name you intend to assign theses Status Codes to.
  5. Make sure the Active box is checked.
  6. Click Save.
  7. The Codes tab is displayed.
  8. Click +Add to add the desired Status Codes.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Select the Assignments tab.
  11. Check the box for the Agent Group.
  12. Click Save.
