Negative Abandon Counts on Agent transaction per Media Channel Report

Question

Why do the Count metrics sometimes show negative numbers?

Virtual Contact Center Agent Reports.

Answer

This is due to the calculation engine outputting whole numbers (positive and negative) when it should output a natural number.   The negative numbers can be interpreted as positive numbers.

Additional Information

This discrepancy is targeted to be addressed in the new Analytics reporting.
