No Add Email Option in Virtual Contact Center Configurtion Manager

Question 

In the Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager, in the Channels, for Email, I do not see any Add Email channel button.

VCC Configuration Manager on Editions accounts.

Virtual Office Editions accounts are voice only.
