Report Custom CRM Fields

Objective

How do I get a report that will included the Custom Fields I created in the Virtual Contact Center CRM?

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center CRM.

Procedure

Use the Virtual Contact Center CRM Report.

  1. Log into the VCC Agent console as a Supervisor agent.
  2. Select Tasks icon [looks like a calendar].
  3. In the upper right area, click Report.
  4. To the right, click '+New Report'.
  5. Enter a Report Title.
  6. Select the fields as desired.  Depending on where you created the custom fields, they will be under the different report field tabs.
  7. Follow the rest of the wizard.
  8. Once the desired report is done, you can use the Download action.
