Running a chat code to test chat scripts.

Virtual Contact Center Chat channel and scripts

Procedure

  1. In VCC, go to click on scripts > Chat> Edit> Code.
  2. Click Generate the chat script.
  3. Use HTML and script code test. You may use, http://www.csgnetwork.com/htmlcodetest.html.
  4. Add the chat code to the text box and click, “test the HTML code”. It will open a new window and test out the chat script.
