The chat code can be obtained from:
- VCC Configuration Manager
- Chat tab
- Edit script
- Code tab
- Select Channel
- Select "Generate Code" button
- Copy entire code snippet
- Paste code snippet into customer's HTML code for their website
Customer is using an outdated chat code on their website.
