Objective

Warm transfer into a VCC queue.

Applies To

VCC Agent GUI.

Procedure

Will need to use a Channel Number that forwards to the intended queue. Agents would directly dial the Channel Number to warm transfer their party to an agent of the intended queue.

Additional Information

Agents can only Blind Transfer a call within the VCC AGUI.
