How to get data dump for call data and Virtual Contact Center CRM data.
Virtual Contact Center
For call data, use the Virtual Contact Center Agent reports.
- Click Menu.
- Select Reports.
For CRM data use the export feature
- For the CRM data click the Cases icon (looks like a folder).
- Click the report link in the upper right.
- Click New Report to the right.
- Go through steps 1 and 2 in the report.
- In step 3 there is a Download button in the lower right.
You will need to export in limited date ranges due to the xls data format limit of about 65,536 rows.
