To force log out an agent, in the event that they have forgotten to do so themselves.
Virtual Contact Center Agent interface
- Log into Virtual Contact Center Agent as a Supervisor agent.
- Select Menu > Monitoring, the Monitoring dialog opens.
- Select the Agent Management tab.
- Select the Monitor sub-tab.
- Check the box Logged in, the logged in agents are displayed.
- In the Action column, click the logout icon (looks like a door with an arrow pointing to the right).
