HTTP 400 Error When Using Single Sign On Application Panel

Symptom

You can log into the 8x8 Single Sign On page, https://login.8x8.com/sso/login

You have been working in 8x8 Virtual Contact Center Agent or Configuration Manager. After some time, when clicking the Virtual Contact Center Agent or Virtual Contact Center Config Mgr icons, you get the error: HTTP 400.

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center Agent or Configuration Manager.

Resolution

Close the browser and clear the Browser cache and cookies.

Cause

The browser cached data is out of synch with the current 8x8 SSO session.
