How does an agent manually make an outbound call?

What are the steps for a Virtual Contact Center agent to manually make an outbound call?

Procedure

The agent should follow these steps.

  1. Select Work Offline Status.
  2. Select the Phone icon.
  3. Enter the phone number in the box below the line 1 and 2 boxes.
  4. Click Dial.
  5. The workplace phone will ring, answer it.
  6. VCC will dial the outbound call, and the sound of dialling can be heard.
  7. When answered the destination is connected.
