How to Obtain VCC Agent Status Changes

Procedure

Log into VCC AGUI:

  1. Go to Menu.

  2. Select Report.

  3. Click on New Report

  4. Go to the Agent section

  5. Select Status change details

  6. Click Next.
  7. Set the criteria.

  8. Run the report.

 

Additional Information

You will need to have Supervisor permissions in an effort to access VCC Reports.
