Search Tasks Network error Please try again later

Symptom 

CRM Tasks, search by a Task Number, results in an error: "Network error. Please try again later."

Steps to reproduce the error:

  1. Log into VCC Agent Console.
  2. Click the Tasks icon, looks like a calendar.
  3. Click 'Search'.
  4. Enter 'Task Number' equals <enter a valid task number>
  5. Click 'Search' button.
  6. Receive a yellow error box, "Network error. Please try again later."

Please create a case with 8x8 Technical Support
