Zendesk Ticket Creation Latency with VCC Integration

Symptom

Agents experience either latency or no Zendesk ticket is created upon accepting the call in VCC AGUI.

Applies To

Tenants with customized VCC Zendesk integration that have the Zendesk ticket created when agent accepts the call.

Resolution

If deleting cache and cookies does not resolve the issue, please create a case with 8x8 Technical Support.

Additional Information

Agent needs to wait a few seconds before accepting the VCC call so that the customer record can fully load within Zendesk.
