Monitoring Playback Displaying Broken Image in VCC AGUI

Symptom

Monitoring Playback window is intermittently displaying a broken image:

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center Supervisor playing call recordings in Monitoring/Playback within the Agent GUI.

Resolution

The fix will be deployed in VCC 9.8 release.

Additional Information

Closing and reopening the call recording in Monitoring/Playback will trigger the wave image to appear.
