VCC Monitoring Tool's "equal" Is Not Populating Information

Symptom

Monitoring tool in VCC, Advanced Search, the Contact/Date "equals" is not pulling up any information

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center Supervisor.

Resolution

The work-around for is use "contains" instead of "equals" in the Advanced Search.
