Personalize VCC Interaction Notification Sound

Objective

Configure VCC Agent Interaction Sound Preferences 

Applies To

 Personalization Settings for VCC Agent.

Procedure

  1. Select 'Profile' from the Menu dropdown in the VCC Agent Console.

  2. Select the preferred sound for incoming phone or chat transaction.

  3. Click Save.
