Conversation "Save to file" in Virtual Office Desktop Doesn't Save All Messages

Symptom

After using the Save to file feature in a conversation in Virtual Office Desktop, you notice the saved log file does not include all messages in the conversation.

Applies To

Virtual Office Desktop v 5.0.9

Resolution

First scroll to the top (first message) of a conversation. Then click More (three dots menu) > Save to file.

Cause

The Save to file feature begins with the earliest message visible in the current conversation window.
