Answer

1. While in the Virtual Office Desktop, and in an active call, click the Options button (three dots).

2. Select the Add Call button.

3. Enter name, number or email to select contact.

4. Click the name, number or email then click the plus icon.

5. Once the call is connected, click the Options button (three dots) again

6. then Select Merge Calls button.
