When a user is logged in to VOD without any audio source (MIC and Speaker), another user is monitoring the extension in BLF, the user will not be able to answer calls. The phone will ring however cannot answer calls coming in on the extension that is logged into VOD
VOD version 5.7 and above
The current workaround is to have the user log out of VOD
When a user is logged in to VOD without any audio source, this will trigger VOD to send busy or decline which will cause issues with BLF.
