Virtual Office Desktop: Can't Log In to Version 5.0.10 and Earlier

Symptom

You can't log in to Virtual Office Desktop (VOD) version 5.0.10 or earlier. When you attempt to log in, you receive a message prompting you to update your version of VOD.

Applies To

Virtual Office Desktop v 5.0.10 and earlier

Resolution

To ensure your continued ability to log in to Virtual Office Desktop, update to the latest version. If you do not have administrative rights to your computer, speak with your IT admin about updating VOD.

Cause

As of July 18, 2018, Virtual Office Desktop version 5.0.10 is no longer supported. See the VOD End of Life Policy for more information.
