How can I upgrade my service?

We recommend you upgrade plans, order additional extensions and add other services through your sales representative. If you don’t have one, call the 8x8 Sales Line at 1-866-879-8647, 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. An associate will help guide you through choosing added services that fit your needs.

To upgrade or add to your service via online chat, go to www.8x8.com, click Contact Sales, then click Chat Now to open a sales chat. An 8x8 sales agent will help you complete your order. Chat is open 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.

Upgrade Existing Services in Account Manager

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Orders.
  3. In the gray box to the left, click Upgrade Services.

  4. At the next screen, select your account and press Continue.
  5. Select a plan from the table and follow the on-screen steps through upgrading service.
Note: Only active accounts can be upgraded.
  1. At the Review & Confirm screen, click the red Complete Order button.
  2. To upgrade service on another plan, click Upgrade Services in the gray box to the left.

Add New Services in Account Manager

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Orders.
  3. In the gray box to the left, click Buy New Services.

  4. At the next screen, select your account and press Continue.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions through selecting and configuring each new service.
  6. At the Billing & Shipping screen, you can use a new credit card or one already on file.
  7. Review and confirm your order.
  8. To check the status of your orders, click Orders in the top navigation bar.
