Unable to play call recordings in Chrome

Symptom

Call recordings don't play in the Google Chrome browser. After clicking "Play / Download" the message "Please Wait..." appears with a spinning icon:

Applies To

Account Manager, Call Recordings

Resolution

Click on the lock icon to the left of the address bar and select "Allow" from the Flash dropdown list.
