Unable to play call recordings in Edge

Symptom

Call recordings don't play in the Microsoft Edge browser. After clicking "Play / Download" the message "Please Wait..." appears with a spinning icon:

Applies To

Account Manager, Call Recordings

Resolution

Click on the lock icon to the left of the address bar and click on the "Allow Adobe Flash" link. You'll need to refresh the page for the change to take effect.
