Account administrators can enable individual extension users to use Virtual Office Desktop or Online applications in Account Manager’s Extension Edit page.
To enable Virtual Office for individual extensions
- In Account Manager, make sure that User Profiles have been created and assigned for each extension that will be using Virtual Office Online.
- Enter the Extension Edit page of the extensions for which you want to enable Virtual Office Online.
- At the top right of the Extension Information section, check the box next to Enable Virtual Office Online.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Note: Users are prompted via email to set a password when their User Profiles are first created. If this was not completed at the User Profile creation stage, the extension user must reset their password in order to log in to Virtual Office services.
