Cancelling a Number Port Request

If you have requested a number transfer into your 8x8 system, but no longer require that phone number, please create a case with 8x8 Technical Support.

Please note that if your port-in date is within 24 hours of your request to cancel, 8x8 cannot guarantee that the current carrier will agree to keep the number.
