How do I manage Ringback audio settings for Ring Groups in Account Manager?

When setting up a Ring Group in Account Manager, you have the option to customize Ringback audio settings by uploading a unique Ringback audio file in place of the default Ringback Tone or modifying Continuity features. 

To manage Ringback Audio Settings

  1. Log in to Account Manager.
  2. Go to Phone System > Ring Groups.
  3. Create or Edit a Ring Group.
  4. Scroll down to the Ringback Audio section.
  5. Continue below.

To add custom Ringback Audio to the Ring Group

  1. In the Ringback Audio section, click Manage ringback audio.
  2. On the subsequent page, click Upload Custom Ringback Audio.
  3. Click Add....  and select a file to upload from your computer.
  4. Click Upload and check the Set As Default box.
  5. Click I Agree to signify you have the right to use the uploaded audio.
  6. Click Back to return to Ring Group settings.
  7. Click Save.

To manage Ringback Audio Continuity for the Ring Group

  1. You can choose to have the ringback audio restart from the beginning each time the call is offered to a new ring group member by selecting Enable.
  2. To have the ringback audio play continuously, select Disable. This is the default option.
  3. Click Save.
