When attempting to play individual call recordings in Virtual Office (VO) Configuration Manager, you see a spinning wheel (loading indicator) and the call recording doesn't play. When attempting to download the recording, you receive an error: This site can't be reached. The webpage at https://vo-cm.8x8.com/... might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

Download call recordings in bulk.
- On the Call Recordings page, click the boxes next to the call recordings you want to download.
- In the upper right corner, click Download.
This issue is under investigation and will be resolved with an upcoming release.
