How do I resubmit a failed port in Virtual Office Configuration Manager

Objective

Resubmitting a porting request after it fails within Virtual Office Configuration Manager.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Virtual office Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Phone Numbers.
  3. Locate the phone number you are porting over.
  4. Check the status of the port and make sure to take note of the reason for failure found by clicking the info button in configuration manager.clipboard_ef93ad885e0b2d3fe6c73d72dbde7b2ad.png
    • The Info button gives you instructions to reach our number transfer team please contact us at the number provided.
  5. Contact your former provider to find the correct information.
  6. Select the 3 dots to the right side of the number and select Resubmit Porting Request.

  7. All the information from the first request will be displayed, make sure to update the information mentioned in step 4.
