Enabling call screening in Virtual Office Configuration Manager

Procedure

For this procedure, you will need to assign a Basic license to the profile of the user for whom you want to enable call screening.

  1. Attach main number to extension with basic license.
  2. Log in to Virtual Office Desktop as the basic extension user.
  3. You can enable call screening under Settings.
  4. Click from the bottom toolbar.
    OR
  5. Select Virtual Office > Settings from the Virtual Office desktop app menu.
  6. Go to Call Forwarding.
  7. Click + Add New Rule.
  8. In the call forwarding rule menu that appears, check the Enable Call Screening check box.
  9. Click OK.
  10. The call forwarding rule menu closes.
  11. Click Save.
