Note: To configure outbound calling settings for individual extensions in Account Manager, the legacy version of Virtual Office Configuration Manager, click here.
Outbound calling refers to calls made to numbers outside of your 8x8 network. This setting will not affect a user's ability to dial other internal (in-network) extensions. You must be an account administrator to enable or disable outbound calling.
To enable or disable outbound calling settings in VO Configuration Manager
- Log in to VO Configuration Manager.
- Click Users.
- Click More Options (three dots) next to the right of the desired User Profile.
- Select Edit.
- Under Outbound Calling Plan Defaults, select the desired Outbound Calling Plan.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
