How to Configure Custom 0 Dial Out for Voicemail in Configuration Manager

Objective

Setting up the ability to press zero in the middle of a voicemail prompt to route back to operator.

Applies To

Configuration Manager Voicemail Settings

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Users.
  3. To the right of the user you wish to edit, click More Options (three dots) and select Edit.
  4. Under Voicemail Settings, toggle on the setting to enable Custom 0 Dial Out.
