How to transfer between Auto Attendant with different languages.

Virtual Office Configuration Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Auto Attendants from Home page.
  3. Click on three dots of selected Auto Attendant and Edit.

  4. Select proper routing rule as outlined in the script of Auto Attendant or greeting.
  5. Select Add key.

  6. Select destination as the external number and enter either:
    • Extension number of Auto Attendant
    • Assigned phone number of Auto Attendant

  7. Select Save.
