How do I delete Call Queues?

Objective

To delete a Call Queue.

Applies To

Configuration Manager, Call Queues

Procedure

  1. Log in to VO Configuration Manager
  2. Click Call Queues.

     
  3. Click More Options (three dots) to the right of the queue you wish to delete.
  4. Click Delete.

     
  5. Click Delete in the pop-up window to confirm this action.
