How do I log out an agent from a Call Queue through the Virtual Office Configuration Manager?

How can I remotely log out an agent from a Call Queue through the Configuration Manager?

Virtual Office Configuration Manager -> Call Queues

Procedure

1. Log into the Virtual Office Configuration Manager

2. Select Queues from the home page

3. Select the 3 dots on the right side of the queue.

4. Select Edit.

5. Select the 3 dots on the right side for the member.

6. Select Log out from queue.
