Finding the Poor Quality Ratio in Virtual Office Analytics

The Poor Quality Ratio is the number of poor quality calls divided by the total call volume for the selected date range. Smaller ratios indicate an overall high call quality.

To find the Poor Quality Ratio

  1. Log in to Virtual Office Analytics.
  2. Click Call Quality.

  3. Select Call Quality Detail. This will bring you to the dashboard shown below.
