Virtual Office for Salesforce Integration: How to Report a Problem

Objective

This brief guide explains how to report minor issues with the 8x8 Virtual Office for Salesforce communication panel.

For immediate assistance with any issue, please contact 8x8 Support directly through normal Support channels.

This process creates a diagnostic report which may not be immediately actionable, and you will not receive a response to the filed report.

Applies To

This applies only to the 8x8 Virtual Office for Salesforce Integration.

This does not apply to the VCC Salesforce integration, or to the 8x8 Virtual Office phone system in general.

Procedure

To report a problem:

  1. While logged into the 8x8 VO for Salesforce communication panel, click on Menu.
  2. Click Report a problem.
  3. In the Summary area of the Report Form, enter a concise description of the problem you experienced.
  4. Click File Report to complete the process.
