Physical phone screen displays the following error: "missing file, config. reverted." You are unable to activate the phone.
All IP phones
- Login to VO Configuration Manager.
- Click Users.
- Locate the profile for the affected user.
- Under the Basic Information section of the profile, under the Language field, use drop-down menu to choose the correct language from the list.
This issue is due to physically typing a language under the user's Basic Information Language field, rather than choosing one from the drop-down menu. The following is an example of what is not supported:
