Exporting Logs on Polycom Phone

Objective

How to export logs from a Polycom Phone

Any Polycom Device

Procedure

List how this task is accomplished

  1. Login to Polycom Phone via web browser using its IP address and MAC password.

  2. Go to Diagnostics, view and download logs.

  3. Click on Export to save the logs, please make sure to select "App" logs for Log type:

  4. Send the exported log file to 8x8 support through your case.
