2019-01-31: Users Unable to Log In to 8x8 Services - RESOLVED

Issue

Some users attempting to access their 8x8 services were unable to connect or log in. When attempting to log in, users received an error saying, " {"error_description":"client not found." or "{"error_description":"client not found.","error":"invalid_client"}."

Status: Resolved

This issue has been addressed and users are able to successfully log in and access 8x8 services.
