Can't Access Billing Tabs in Support Portal (My 8x8)

Symptom

When you log in to the Support portal as an Virtual Office Configuration Manager account admin, you are not able to access the Billing tabs to view your billing statements or update your payment method.

Applies To

Virtual Office Configuration Manager admin users (Editions and X-Series customers)

Cause

This issue is under investigation.
