How is video capture performed in the Quality Management application?

Video capture is performed in by installing a small desktop client on Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10, or macOS.

Once the client is installed either via a push generated from the customer's IT department, or manual installation, the client then connects to the 8x8 server. When the agent logs into VCC, a loopback call is made to the Quality Management screen client, populating agent and tenant information and authenticating the agent to the platform. Any custom rules are then applied, and the screen client is ready for recording or live monitoring.
