When using the 8x8 Quality Management application, pages are taking a long time to load. When the pages load, you see a brief error such as:
- "Error while processing request"
- "Error loading details"
- "Your security permissions have changed"
- Virtual Contact Center Quality Management
If the issue just started, test again in one hour.
If the issue persists, create a case with 8x8 Technical Support.
This is usually due to issues with the file descriptors. The server self-healing should resolve the issue automatically after some time.
