Filter by Agent List Shows All Active and Inactive Agents

Symptom

In the Search Calls page, the end-user is able to see all agent_names entries (active or inactive) highlighted in the Filter by Agent_Name list.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Search Calls page.
  2. Filter by: Agent_Name.

Quality Management allows the end-user to search throughout the entire list of agents regardless of:

  • Assigned permissions
  • Active/inactive agents
