ContactNow: CRM Accounts

The CRM accounts section allows you to integrate and configure CRM accounts with ContactNow. You must already have an account with a CRM provider to configure it for use with ContactNow. Currently, we support Salesforce and Zendesk CRMs. We will add more CRM integration capabilities in the future. To find the CRM accounts section, hover over the Configuration icon from the navigation bar and click CRM Accounts.
