Agent Not Displaying In VCC Configuration Manager

Symptom

A user in Account Manager has been made a VCC Agent, but they do not show up in VCC Configuration Manager.

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center with 8x8 Account Manager

Resolution

  1. Log into Virtual Office Account Manager.
  2. In Account Manager navigate to the User.
  3. Remove the check for VCC Agent.
  4. Click Save, and close the Edit user dialog.
  5. Re-open the Edit user dialog for the User.
  6. Re-check the box for VCC Agent.
  7. Click Save, and close the Edit user dialog.
  8. Log out of Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager (VCC CM).
  9. Log in to VCC CM.
  10. The user is now visible in VCC CM.
