Agent Receiving An Alert Message After Login from AGUI (SalesForce Integration): CRM is not configured

Objective

Agent receives an alert warning message: "Your CRM integration is not configured. Please work with your administrator to configure it in Configuration Manager."

  • Virtual Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager

Procedure

Steps to resolved this:

  1. Login as an Admin to Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Integration.
  3. Click Screen Pop tab.
  4. Under Agents, click choose agents.
  5. Assign an agent by clicking on the check box, then click OK.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Have the agent logout, then retry again.
