Your agents are attempting to log into VCC Agent, and receive the message, "Maximum Concurrent Log Ins Reached".
You have already checked for agents who are logged in but not working.
In your 8x8 Configuration Manager you see you have more VCC licenses.
But in the VCC Configuration Manager > Profile, you see less in the Concurrent Access Limit.
- Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager and 8x8 VO Configuration Manager.
Please create a case with 8x8 Technical Support.
You have added additional VCC licenses after your initial deployment.
