Creating an Agent in VCC Mode 1


How to add an agent to Virtual Contact Center for a Mode 1 account.

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center, Configuration Manager, Mode 1 account


  1. Log into VCC Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Agents, the Agent List is displayed.
  3. At the top of the list, to the right of Add Agent:, click + Agent, the Add Agent dialog displays.
  4. Enter the required information.
  5. Click Save.
