Creating an Agent in Virtual Contact Center Mode 1

Objective

To add an agent to Virtual Contact Center for a Mode 1 account.

Applies To

  • Virtual Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager
  • Mode 1 account

Procedure

  1. Log into VCC Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Agents.
  3. Click + Agent.
  4. Enter the required information.
  5. Click Save.
